Arne Salig – Expertise with Heart and Mind
Some paths unfold naturally. Others are consciously chosen.
My passion has always been the same: helping people and organizations unlock their full potential – from within.
MY STORY
My passion for psychology was sparked early on:
My grandfather helped rebuild the library for psychiatry at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) after World War II.
Even as a child, I sensed: every person holds an entire world within – and the key lies in understanding our inner life, behavior, and personal growth.
This fascination has stayed with me ever since.
Since 1999, I have been working as a psychological advisor and corporate consultant.
My work has allowed me to meet and learn from many inspiring individuals from business, politics, and the arts – encounters for which I am deeply grateful.
Today, I combine psychological expertise, hypno-systemic methods, and long-standing experience in quality management into an approach that truly moves people and organizations.
As a keynote speaker, author, and advisor, my greatest passion is to support people on their path to inner clarity, strength, and freedom – always with respect and on equal footing.

What Sets Me Apart
Connecting heart and structure:
I combine psychological depth with pragmatic clarity – for sustainable development on both personal and organizational levels.
Practice over theory:
What I offer has been tested – in clinics, businesses, and real life.
Humanity as the foundation:
True change does not arise from pressure – but from awareness and inner clarity.
